Looks like a vehicle gun or a badly out numbered bar fighter. I was surprised with the seemingly mild recoil.

No I have not, I did have an idiot fire one throught the windshield from the back seat while I was driving. There were three of us in the car, he was the only one in the back. We had just told him to put the gun down, (it was a .22 wheel gun) and he says don't worry it is not loaded see, and points it foward right between our heads and Boom. That is about enough of that story. I will have to look at this gun when I have better internet time.

I generally dont drive idiots like that in my car ever. that would earn the fool a beatdown. and I try not to be a passenger with em either. a vigorous beatdown would be in order for that error.

OK,
A couple of items on 'The Judge'.

Taurus cannot keep up with demand. I've yet to see one in a store or at a gun show.

According to a buddy of mine, the backorder list is at least three to six months.

The OTHER big problem is having access to ANY .410 ammo. Some bird shot. An occasional double ought buck shot if you are lucky.

NO SLUGS that I've been able to find.

I guess you could shoot a 45LC out of it, but that seems to be to be a fall back position.

I love the little .410 round. BUT, finding ammo IS an issue.

I used to buy slugs and buckshot ten years ago for a little bolt action .410 I had, no problem.

there was a article about this gun in canada it was on the front page of a magazine ( I think I saw a link to here),,,,,,,,, I think it said crimes MR. BIG.


I was pissed off because they were demonizing a defense gun... saying it will be used for crime( when dont they take that position come to think it)

First it was .308s and AK-47s, and now this... Does no one shop around anymore, or am I just lucky to be living in a "good" area? I can walk into at least 2 local shops and walk out with a new Judge, .410 birdshot of various sizes, .410 buckshot and slugs. This very hour if I wanted to, and at prices that appear to be normal.
